This document defines the terms of use between HOTCASE and the user. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

HOTCASE allows users to:

• Create custom phone case designs
• Order online
• Print cases instantly via HOTCASE machines

Production time is approximately 2–3 minutes.

All HOTCASE products are custom-made based on user uploads.

Because of this:

• Orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started
• The user is responsible for the selected design, positioning, and content

HOTCASE is not responsible for:

• Image quality or resolution
• Incorrect positioning chosen by the user
• Copyright or ownership issues of uploaded content

Refunds or reprints are only provided if:

• The product is defective
• The print quality is clearly faulty

In such cases, HOTCASE may offer a reprint or a full refund.

We only collect data necessary to:

• Process orders
• Contact users

Data is protected and handled according to applicable laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Georgian courts.
